DiscDev missing download

LanManFS 2.66 was pushed to branch master on 31st August but no corresponding DiscDev build has appeared. The source code tarball, 2020-09-05, builds here and does include LanManFS 2.66.

Something seems to have gone wrong somewhere.

Unfortunately it appears the autobuilder had a problem on September 1st where it built everything but failed to copy the output files over to the website. The next time the nightly build runs it should work correctly.
