DDE30a stat.h bug

I’ve just downloaded DDE30a and now find that !Doom errors out in the compilation.

The offending lines are:

  file_stat -> st_atime = unix_time;
  file_stat -> st_mtime = unix_time;
  file_stat -> st_ctime = unix_time;

This is caused by a mismatch in the TCPIPLibs between h.time and h.stat.
The former has the variable ts_sec renamed to tv_sec but the #defines in h.stat have not been updated to match.

Looks like it was this commit and actually dates back to DDE29c.

Merging the changes from the commit that’s referenced in the commit Chris refers to renders this stat.h – does that work?
