Please insert disc HardDisc0 - System freeze

Here’s some information on an issue that I’d assumed was down to my use of C on RISC OS. Not the case it transpires. I can now reproduce the problem, paradoxically, by entering the standard debug commands into a TaskWindow and then using the keypress sequence and mouse to close all windows.

If I don’t use the debug commands, intention to create a debug file, all is well. :/

Pi4. RISC OS 5.29 (20-Apr-21) and a Zap TaskWindow.

Unrelated to this issue: Holding down the Alt key and clicking on the filer window slider gives an error message of “Parameters not recognised at 19”
