RISC OS crashes my phone

I got a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G a few weeks ago. When I plug it into my RasPi via a USB cable, the phone crashes – it restarts as if I had just powered it on. This happens with either the USB cable supplied with it, or with the one supplied with its predecessor, made by OnePlus. I can’t think of any way to get diagnostic information from either the RasPi or the phone. The other USB devices (SATA adapter, keyboard, mouse, hub) are fine, as was the previous phone. The new phone has already had two software updates. The RasPi does this with RISC OS 5.29 of 2021-04-29 and 2021-06-29. I believe there’s plenty of power available. |

Does it happen if you clean boot RISC OS? Either press escape during boot, or use a fresh install, so there is nothing loaded apart from the OS that may be probing USB. |
