!Paint 2.42, 'Show tools' broken with MoreDesk

Paint 2.42 won’t ‘Show tools’ on the current workspace if its open on another MoreDesk workspace.
‘Show colours’ works fine.

This is a limitation of all multiple desktop apps under RISC OS. Many applications keep trying to move their tool windows back on screen when the main window is off screen on another workspace, so its difficult to tell if it is doing it because the user wants it to happen, or the application is fidgeting.

Could even be caused by the Wimp itself, as IIRC there is a window flag to “keep the window on screen”.

But in this instance hasn’t MoreDesk redefined the limits of the screen that Paint (and other applications) should be keeping windows ‘on’ ?

Do such limits exits? It is probable they are assumed by the Wimp to be [0, screen width << EX factor[ and [0, screen height << EY factor[ .
