“UTC+00:00 Western Europe” ? +01:00 surely?

System: RaspberryPi running beta version tools and last night’s ROM image.

WET is “GMT” is UTC+00:00 see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_European_Time
Most of Western Europa has Central Europe Time. In World War I & II CET was implemented in all German occupied territories and most countries have kept it that way..
