xM Systemdisc and Harddrive

If I boot my “ARMini” from MicoSD-systemdisc (with a changed cmos), my hard drive is not detected and can not be used. Pull the plug and plug it in again, HD is detected and is available.
If I take my old cmos, RISC OS booted from the same hard disk drive.
For some time (Sorry, I can not say precisely. Because I do not ever use the affected hardware.) Not all IDEtoUSB and SATAtoUSB adapters are detected as before. It takes a long time (about 1 min) until the disk is usable. With 5.18 there were about 1-2s. Any of this adapters are no longer work :-(
