Logitech Mouse/Keyboard with Unifying Nano-Receiver Problems

I recently posted to c.s.a.hardware regarding Logitech mouse/keyboard combinations where a single (unified) nano-receiver is used with the Raspberry Pi. Mouse clicks are ignored and keyboard sends intermittent uncommanded character streams. According to Theo Markettos RISC OS drivers are based on the SynopSys code used by Linux. The Linux varient has been updated but not RISC OS as I understand it. What are the chances we can get an up-to-date release to run under RISC OS to eliminate these annoying problems?
