Printers 1.81

When I use Printers 1.81 in PDF mode, PS1 or PS2 mode, the generated PS file cannot be read by Ghostscript (even on a PC).

Nota: if I don’t print images, the output can be read by Ghostview.

Seems to be linked to a SharedCLib bug.
I use ROS 5.20, C Library 5.77.

I am using Shared C Library 5.77 and RISC OS 5.21 (3-Sep-2013) on a Pandaboard ES and do not get this problem with the files I print. Putting your postscript file through Adobe Acrobat Distiller I get an error ‘warning Postscript error no PDF file produced’ so I think the problem is not easily diagnosed without more information. What is your source file before producing the postscript file?

A web page printed with Netsurf. In fact every application that is using the graphic printer driver fails like this. So I suspect a problem with the Shared C Library.

I suspect there is a problem with printing from Netsurf. I have never managed to print a web page from it. Apart from that, !Printers 1.81 and C Library 5.80 is fine here on Iyonix, BB, and PandaRO.

NetSurf prints OK here with !Printers 1.83 (19-Feb-14) to PDF using PostScript3, SharedCLib is 5.80.

I upgrades Printers, but not the OS. Now Fireworkz can print. StrongEd not anymore. I mean, not always. NetSurf can’t, but I don’t care :)
