RC12a missing Sound configure option

Not sure whether this constitutes a ‘bug’ but, having just installed RC12a on a Pi B+, I find there’s no Sound configure option showing when I run Configure. This version of RC12a came from the ROOL downloads page. (Don’t know if there’s a similar issue with the NOOBS version.)

I had to temporarily ‘borrow’ the Configure app from an earlier RO copy to get sound working.

I can confirm this is the case for the Noobs version too.
