Milkytracker - No sound on Pandaboard ES

Milkytracker doesn’t seem to work correctly on the Pandaboard. It gives the following error on start up:

“Sound driver initialization failed. Try different settings or driver.”

I’ve tried the other options for sample speed and it doesn’t seem to help.

I’m using the Beta OMAP 4 ROM 2014-10-02 06:48:54 on a Pandaboard ES Rev B3. Milkytracker (0.90.85) was installed using !Packman.

(As a side note it seems to be working fine on the Raspberry Pi B+).
