Route: add net default gateway...File exists / DHCP options

On recent RISCOS builds, my Pi randomly throws the following error:

Machine startup has not completed successfully: ‘Route: add net default: gateway 192.168.1.1: File exists’

I’ve had to manually set the gateway in Configure, as DHCPExecute doesn’t reliably set it from the DHCPACK, so there’s possibly two issues at play here. This error could be occurring on the occasions that DHCPExecute does set the gateway, in which case the error shouldn’t occur and the manually configured gateway should silently override the DHCP scope option.
