DDE - Builder App

Just noticed a bug with the Builder Tool (version 0.25).

Issue:
The Environment Menu Window appears with only titlebar shown if the user tries to select an Environment before selecting a Build Directory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Load Builder App
2) Click on the Iconbar Builder icon
3) Click on the Environment Pop Up Menu Icon
4) An error dialog window will appear on screen ‘No Build directory currently defined…’
5) Click on the OK Button to continue
6) The Environment Menu will now appear on the screen, but only the Titlebar will be display.

Change Required:
1) Preferred Option – Environment should not be selectable by the user until a Build Directory is selected
2) Secondary Option – After the Error Window is displayed on screen, the code to display the Menu Window should be exited before it is allowed to display the Menu
