Iyonix softload 16th Nov 15 fails on OHCIDriver init

Hi

I’ve just tried the 16th Nov Iyonix softload and it fails to load the ROM correctly with the following message:

init mod OHCIDriverError: InstructionAbort: Abort on instruction fetch at &0000??04 (error number &80000001).

NB the ?? are due to the message going off my screen area and I can’t adjust it to see what they are.

Previous softload dated 10th Nov 15 works OK and I have the latest hard disc image updates applied as well.

On the Raspberry Pi the 16th Nov ROM won’t start at all here, not even seeing the messages.

Startup gets as far as initialising the ROM modules before freezing with the line;

mod init doneError: InstructionAbort on instruction fetch at &00000004 (Error Number &80000001)

Spacing as shown. No changes to PlingBoot or other settings other than the ROM from 13-11-15. Reverting to that ROM resolves issue. BB -xM RevC

On my Iyonix that ROM failed to start at all, no init messages, the same as on the RPi.

The RPi ROM of 18 Nov also doesn’t start.

No such problem on RPCEmu, ROM 16 Nov works.

Doug/David please could you retry the Iyonix ROM of 18th? I only had time to attempt to solve that one while eating breakfast, if I was successful then I can copy/paste the same thing to bring the Pi and BeagleBoard back to normality. It was a bit of guesswork as I’ve no OHCI stuff here to test on.

I’ve tried the 18th Nov softload on my Iyonix and it works ok.

I also updated to the latest HardDisc, Zeropain and BonusBin images.

Seconded. 18-Nov-2015 ROM starts perfectly on the Iyonix.
