PlaySound and ZeroPain

i use playsound in my Pi Boot sequence, to play a clip so that I know the audio system is Ok.
Yesterday I booted up with a tester SD that does not run any program on bootup.

instead of getting my normal mess of ZP reports, mostly of which I am awaitying the opertunity to clear with program upgrades (Wakefield)
this cut down startup produced only two, “Hermes” which I know about, and “PlaySound” which had not been identified by myself before.

If this is already a known problem then could someone tell me where to find a Zero Proofed version ? In any case the zp output is below.
