Small icons greyed out after dragging operation

Some drag operations intermittently cause an application sprite to be greyed out. The only way to refresh the icon is to wipe another filer window over it. I have just upgraded to RISC OS 5.23 (20-Dec-15) but this also occurred with a previous OS. Although not exhaustively tested this doesn’t appear to effect the filer if large icons are selected.
