DDT crash with High Vector ROMs

This is taken from Aldershot where it might not get noticed.

!DDT 1.91 as in both DDE26 and DDE25 crashed immediately a test piece was dropped onto its iconbar icon on both a Titanium and RPi3 with high vector ROMs. There were no ZeroPain logs. The bug did not occur on either machine with a low vector ROM. The test piece was a “Hello World” made with DDE26 !CC 5.71 with the Debug option ticked.

The problem would appear to be at &EB60 in the DDT module.
