"Interfaces" window broken under certain (unknown) conditions

I recently did a fresh install of the HD4 image (downloaded on 2017-03-07) onto a new drive. I ran into a problem when setting up networking.

!Boot/Network/Internet/Interfaces had the edge cut off; I could see maybe 3/4 of the window. I was still able to configure everything, and then I rebooted the system. When I went back in to get the details for this bug, it had fixed itself!

Has anyone else run into this at all?
