EtherH reject issue

Whilst attempting to transfer large files via FTPc (1.54 20-02-17) on a RiscPC, EtherH randomly starts rejecting all data traffic. The only fix is to *RMReInit EtherH. It’s possibly related to traffic collision as increasing FTPc’s “Extra poll for every X kb transferred” from the default 64kb, appears to reduce how often it occurs.

I’ve seen the issue on RO3.71, 4.02 and 5.23 (31-07-17) using a 10baseT EtherLan600 and have found it can be reproduced by starting a large FTP transfer and then attempting another FTP transfer in parallel.
