Booting from external usb hard disk

from hd is very fast.

I think that ‘Break’ may also be labelled ‘Pause’ or something on some keyboards.

I if want to return to boot from usb stick what i have to do?
I have tried unplugging the hard disk and plugging the usb stick but seems the setting are seved in cmos widget and i dont know how to reset it.

Press F12
Then type configure scsifsdrive 0 (Press Enter)
Press Enter again, and reset
