AcornSSL binary release

Andrew H described the murky situation involving the AcornSSL module for HTTPS over on comp.sys.acorn.apps. As the sources aren’t currently in a useful form I’m just repeating my suggestion there that a binary release of the release 26 bit module be made for completeness. I can provide a copy of the module emailed out by Acorn in 1998/9 if you don’t have a working version there.
