Aemulor error

I have had a hard disc crash on my Iyonix. While I attend to this, I have therefore unearthed my emergency backup Iyonix (yes OK perhaps I am paranoid about backups – a whole machine! – it was one of the original ones, hardware updated by Castle (some bug which I can’t recall) where the power supply blew up – plan A was to replace the power supply and sell it and get a new Iyonix). Anyway I now get the error ‘This copy of Aemulor was not installed on this machine. See www.aemulor.com for advice.’. But it didn’t say the advice would be in Chinese! I don’t want to learn Chinese before I can read the advice. Any suggestions please? |

How about the Spellings.net support site? |

Do they do a transfer service – the module is locked to a particular machine. Hope you have a backup copy. If it is urgent – what about trying ‘!ArmEm’ – it doesn’t clamp the Application space to 28Mb – like Aemulor. |
