I’d be interested to know how many more batches are likely to be needed before a complete version of the OS can be built from the released sources. I appreciate that the legal status of some components is currently unclear or difficult, but is it possible to say roughly what percentage of the source code has been released so far, and how long it will take before a complete set of modules is released?

My very fingure in the air guess, compiled by looking at how many components are required for the IYONIX ROM and disc builds compared to the list of components released thus far, is that we’re about 50% of the way through. I expect it will be a further six to twelve months before we’ve got enough stuff out there for you to build a soft-loadable ROM.
