PandaBoard ES MDF
Are the monitor definitions here – http://www.riscosopen.org/wiki/documentation/show/OMAPVideo#mdf suitable for use on the PandaBoard ES? Or does anyone have a better set of definitions they would like to share? |
My PandaBoard ES uses a mdf made with makemodes without problems. What is you problem? |
I’m currently just using the default settings and I’m limited to 1024×768! |
I use the OMAPVideo.MDF on the PandaA4. I have change the 1920×1080 resolution. Most other work. Monitor dependent. I have added 1440×900 @ 56Hz, 800×480 @ 60Hz for the Pandora and the Chipsee display. 1024×768 works on all my monitors and the TV. I m not sure if I have the latest. You can have, if want. |
Raik, that would be great if you could send that over! My Email address is: rob @ robheaton . co . uk (remove the spaces) |
No problem. But just watch football;-) Afterwards. |
Sorry. I must see all the different games and had bet today :-( |
I run my PandaBoard ES at 1920×1200 @ 46Hz. Although I can push it up to 1920×1200 @ 60Hz (which is the maximum of single link DVI / HDMI 1.3) you do get a lot of turquoise artifacts in the window furniture and on webpages. There has been some talk of seeing if the second (HDMI) video output can be activated but nothing has come of it so far… |
Raik, I never got the Email with the MDF attached, any chance you could send it over again please? |
Sorry, don’t no what the mistake is. I’m in holiday. I will look at the Pandora but I think this will not be a actually. Look at the next 30minutes… |
Thanks Raik! |
Thanks Thomas Milius for his ComCentre :-) |
Thanks to everyone involved! (Could be a VERY long list if I attempt to list everyone!!) |
You are right, the list must be longer ;-) |
