RISC OS on a Smartphone?

Fairphone 2 (Fairphone is a social enterprise company based in Amsterdam, Netherlands) can run Ubuntu Linux, but is normally supplied with Android OS. Its hardware is SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad core 2.26GHz with GPU Qualcomm Adreno 330 GPU 578MHz. Timothy Baldwin is developing RISC OS on Linux. So, will RISC OS run on Fairphone 2?
