Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3+

Am I right in assuming that the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3+ is not currently supported? It doesn’t get a mention in the GPIO source code which I thought would be the obvious place to look.

The revision log does mention Add the other Compute module to the SPI2 check but it’s possible that was referring to the CM3, not the CM3+.

My reason for asking is that I want to bring the wiki page about the Raspberry Pi port up to date, and while adding the Pi Zero W to the list of supported models is a no-brainer, I don’t know the status of the Compute Module 3+.

I’ve got a 32GB version, and it works just fine with RISC OS, as far as I can tell. I haven’t done anything fantastic with it, but it boots up and runs ordinary, every day tasks.

Thanks for that. Having read the data sheets (something I should have done at the outset…) it looks like the CM3+ is intended as a drop-in replacement for the CM3, so it should “just work”. I’ll mention the date of the “SPI2 check” revision on the wiki page, in case it’s relevant.

Not wishing to dump extra work on you, but the content of the update you do may have a use in the GPIO strongHelp manual – which I’m pretty certain doesn’t have a board list that is even vaguely up-to-date.
That particular item is of course more than just Pi specific so you might want to make your gathered info (over an above the wiki content perhaps) available to someone else to use in updating the StrongHelp manual.
