I’ve just been trying to do justice to the difference between an ox and a cow, a tiger and a leopard, and a rooster and a hen… in 8×8 pixels. Pleased with the pig/boar distinction though. Another 200 glyphs in the last five hours. At this rate… <calculates>… oh. |

There are 31628 glyphs in 346 ranges There’s Klingon and Tengwar in there now, and I’ve started Korean… so that’ll be another eleven thousand glyphs to add soon. And the animals look good in colour: |

I’d have thought that’s infinitely superior to the alternative (by which I mean actual Vogon poetry, rather than Paul Neil Milne Johnstone’s alleged “The crippled swan slowly easing his stiffened wings, feebly trying/To discourage death’s stalking shadows with whispered hiss”). |
