gccsdk, toolbox and writeable fields

Hi guys. I got a problem with writeable fields.
I put few writeable fields to the window using toolbox.
the application compiled with gccsdk on linux machine.
everything works fine until i try to enter something into writeable fields. Just when I click any button to enter a text it raises a segfault.

Could someone help me how to solve that?

I found the problem now. It could be closed. The problem was that i need to define a length of edit field. thouhgt it should work automatically and use any lenght string.
