Documentation changes

I’ve started doing some work on the ROOL Wiki. Couple of changes so far:

- the contents page has been reorganised slightly to make it more user-friendly, and a link to the ‘Software information’ pages has been added.

- The ‘Software information’ pages now have their own contents page, making it easier to find them.

Comments welcome.

I now plan to work through some of the skeleton Software Information pages, filling in the gaps. Happy to collaborate with anyone interested in sharing the load.

My main interest would be in adding Style Guide and PRM pages, suitably updated and corrected, but I understand there are still copyright issues with these.
