With a lot of people using MS Teams – how is the work on a camera going? |

Normally “home office” it is not possible for me. |

Interesting – some I have spoken too quite like working from home – perhaps not being able to do everything! A system for the Acorn/RISC OS shows would be nice – they were trialing some at the SW show this year. |

I’ve worked from home since 2004, so there’s not much change here. One of my customers has changed from conference calls to Zoom meetings, so I have to move my laptop up onto the desk to use the camera for the duration of the meeting from it’s usual position on a shelf under the desk and put it back afterwards. The camera and microphone are only enabled in Windows for the duration of the meeting and disabled again straight away afterwards. With RISC OS, it wouldn’t just be getting the camera working, but the need to interface with whatever back-end system is used by the meeting – Zoom, Teams, Whatsapp, Skype etc. |

I have a IP cam (A/V). I can pick the stream from my network and if I open a port also in WWW… with RISC OS ffplay or mplayer. No really with comfort but is a solution ;-) |
