StrongHelp

StrongHelp manuals keep looking for HardDisc1. If I manually open StrongHelp then the manuals open fine. I’ve looked all the places on the drive. Why is it looking for a drive I don’t have?

The “obvious” answer is that something else is setting Alias$@RunType_3d6 – if it’s already set then StrongHelp’s own !Boot won’t correct the setting.

As for exactly what is doing it, the obvious candidates are all the applications that are “looked at” before StrongHelp itself, during system boot.

I am of course assuming that StrongHelp’s own !Boot isn’t the culprit :-)

I may have installed !StrongHelp with !Packman years ago and moved it from wherever !Packman installed it to. Reinstalling !StrongHelp with !Packman makes it work again. /shrug
