BBC Basic Reference Manual for RiscOS 5

Hi all,
This is just a shot in the dark really, but trying to get hold of the new BBC Basic ref manual that ROOL produced. It’s showing as out of print in the shop, and can’t find a copy on Amazon either :(

If anyone has a copy they no longer want, please let me know :) – Happy to pay a price that’s fair all round.

That could mean either (a) they’re waiting for another batch to arrive from the printers, or (b) a new edition is about to be published.

If it’s (b), that’s rather bad timing: I’ve just found 6 more typos in the existing manual :-(

Cool, I’ll hold fire in that case. I was a bit surprised as a lot of their material is showing the same way – so assuming they do it all in one go. Don’t even get me started on typos in programming references lol. When I was but a little girl the intro programs that came with my Atari 800XL had one of those and stymied my efforts to create a beautiful rainbow graphic for days. It was not a good start!

ohhhh, it was meant to be PLOT….

If it doesn’t come back in print within a reasonable time, I am unlikely to use mine. Better it came to a good home.

I have a spare copy (issue 2, October 2017). Free to a good home. I am in Croydon, but I am sure a trip to the Post Office could be incorporated within a walk.
