New RISC OS Community on GitHub request for doc reviews

For everyone interested,
we have a RISC OS Community on GitHub open for projects and contributions. The first of which is the modernisation of the desktop.

Here is a list of vital documents for each community to exists that we put together (thanks a lot to Andreas and Julie for early reviews and help)

Please note, github works on Iris browser, it also offer very good apps for iOS and Android (both tablets and phones), in the future we may have a github WIMP app on RISC OS
