Did the HTML version of the RO Manual appear on Dave H. & Team – CD.

I have used ‘Calibre Lib’ to convert a Html file PM 5a to Mobi Dick format – seems to work on my Kindle – even has a good stab of reading it out loud :-)

By which I presume you mean ROL. In which case the answer is that the HTML version was a conversion done by/for ROL.

Without going and looking I believe the © is given as PACE and ROL to cover the content and the format respectively.
