Removing Protected Status From Eureka Excel Files

I recently sent my accountant the usual information to prepare my accounts. Some of the information is Eureka files converted to Excel files. The accountant has reverted to me saying some of the files are protected preventing him from printing them. Can someone kindly advise how I remove the “protected status” please?

In Excel under the review tab – Unprotect Sheet ? Or are they password protected ?

Or on review tab – Protect workbook make sure ‘Protect Structure and Windows’ is Unticked and ‘Unrestricted access’ is ticked
