Thats right but sound is enabled. Turn the volume on. DigitalCD etc. works fine and the “beep” also. |

I got on the SD-Card an ‘inconsistent map’ (Result of checkmap) how can i repair this? or is this a defect SD-card? |
Erich Kraehenbuehl (1634) 181 posts |

How is your configure? At first I have a SD Card with two partitions. It was problematic. After any time the directory was broken. At this time I have two 32GB cards. Left FAT32 or ext3 for the Linux stuff and the RISC OS bootfiles (I have changed my Pandora bootloader-ext3load works also.) and right a 32 GB adfs card. Since … no problems. |

Thank you, Rick. It was my bookmark. Before chistmas it works. Today I only copy but not checked this. |

I haven’t submitted a fix for that yet! The new ROM is because Sprow’s been submitting some of his changes. |

I have also come to realize. Too bad ;-). As I had in my short test again the rare condition. So I loving to use your program again ;-) |

I tried now 3 different new SD-cards. All the Type of the recommended SanDisc Ultra (10) with 16 Gb and with 32Gb. So i’m wondering if it’s a problem with my pandora, or the Risc Os Rom? |

At this weekend I have also any problems with the newest ROM. “Bad Map space” I mean. How do you copy? If you have a bigger than 2GB FAT Card at the left slot and copy from this you must use fat32fs und mount the card via obey. |

i copy from an ADFS-USB-stick to a ADFS-SD-Card (in the right slot of the pandora). so, what i did: to try to copy from the Usb-stick (with the backups of but no success yet.. |
Raik (463) 2059 posts |
ADFS “disks”, there should be no problems. The only limit is 256GB. |

Is the Pandora TVout usable under RISC OS? |
Erich Kraehenbuehl (1634) 181 posts |
Not everything is zipped. But i copyed all stuff on to the beagle-board (on an usb-stick) and I also copyed from that USB-stick on to the Rasp-Pi onto a SD-card (on an external USB-card-reader). worked For A= 1 to 3 Insert a new SD-card Reset Pandora Next A Only on the Pandora it gave me errors ‘Bad free Map space’…. Error stayed after reset and check map… BTW: i got the latest ROM I never tryed tv out yet on the pandora (i got no cable anyway, would have preferred a hdmi-port instead…) |

It should be work. My cards are old. Formatted before SDFS works. Maybe the new SDFS-formatter make problems. I don’t know. Try to format on a cardreader via scsi-option… I will try also any things. |

The LCD fix is in todays ROM. TV out doesn’t work yet. I think I know what’s needed to enable it, but I want to get a cable so I can test it properly myself. |

When burning the Image linked in http://boards.openpandora.org/index.php/topic/11803-application-risc-os-on-the-pandora/ and booting from it, I get the following error: Error: Unable to create files in “SDFS::Pandora.$.Scrap.ScrapDirs”, error returned is: “The disc is write protected. Move the write-protect tab and try again.” (Error number &6) Why would that be happening? The SD card that was burnt to is a 16 GB Lexar SDHC. It also happened on a 32 GB Sandisk Ultra. |

Can someone please tell me how to get it running on the Pandora? Thanks. |
Raik (463) 2059 posts |
Here you’ll get the same answer;-) |

Its not a card problem since I tried a different brand with the same result. The cards work just fine in Angstrom Linux. Maybe a 16 GB image made using DD would work. |
Raik (463) 2059 posts |
RISC OS not use the same driver like Angström. |
