Pointer+

I’ve recently discovered an application on my RiscPC hard drive called !Pointer+ which makes the pointer larger and I find this very useful when operating RISC OS over VNC. It consists of a simple BASIC file of about three lines, the usual !Boot, !Run and some Spritefiles, plus a palette file, which probably shows its age. Alas, no help file or ReadMe.

Does anyone know who wrote it? Closest I could find with Google’s help was Pointer by Bernard Veasey, but it’s not this.

Bing’d it. (It’s near the bottom of the page.) Any good?

Paul Vigay’s MiscSetup application also inclused a Big pointer option.

Yep tried Pointer+ and now got a rather sickly Cerise coloured pointer :-)

There’s a default palette inside the application that at some point I’ve set so that I end up with a big, normal coloured pointer.
