The next release of PackMan (0.7.1) is now available for testing via the ROOL raspberrypi-testing package list. Hopefully this will replace the version shipped with the ROOL RaspberryPI SDCard in the not too distant future. The changes made can be seen in the History section of the HTML help. The main thrust has been to be create a single version that can be shipped for all versions of RISC OS in the future, but a few other features and improvements have been added. Although shipped on the RaspberryPI testing list, please feel free to try it on other machines. As all Package managers update your hard-disc please ensure you have backups, especially if you use this version to test firmware updates. For the full address of the raspberrypi-testing list see the packages page at: http://packages.riscosopen.org/packages Use my email address in the Help file for any feedback (good or bad). If you do try it, it would nice if you could let me know so I have an idea of what kind of testing beyond my own it has had. |

Hi Alan Is there something really obvious I am missing here? I would really like to be able to read all of the description and many of them don’t make much sense to me. |
