Alarm type Scheduled Tasks

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a way to have a scheduled task that can run an obey type file as a task that gets run every 5 hours.

Does anyone know of any software out there? Apart from Alarm.

Apart from Alarm.

Why, when Alarm exists, is freely available, and could perform this whilst multitasking and performing a host of other duties as required?

One could say Organizer, suggest writing a very simple BASIC program to run in a “TaskWindow” etcetera, but why would one bother when Alarm is the simplest solution?

I use Alarm with the user-defined display saying “cron” to remind me what it’s doing there on the icon bar, whilst Organizer provides a time-display.

Organizer could  be doing it all, but I find it convenient to keep some tasks separate.

It’s okay, I have found Navaho’s !Scheduler module which does exactly what I want :)
