Personal Accounts Version 4

I have used Personal Accounts V4 from Apricote Studio for many years both on my Acorn Risc PC StrongArm and Virtual Acorn RPC Adjust with StrongARM without any problems but recently I find that "Payment Analysis does not give the correct totals.
I keep my Credit Card transactions on it and on getting my statement I check the balances at start and they are correct and agree with the program but lately the final balance will not agree with the statement even though all transactions are reconciled. All other parts of the program do not appear to be affected just the one using Payment Analysis in connection with my Credit Card. I have removed the program and reinstalled it but still problems. Help Please as I really like this program and do not know of one that I would wish to use in its place. I do not like the one which was available from Apricote Studio for Windows. I am a 79 years old Pensioner who does not want to learn the ins and out of a Windows program to do the same job. I am computer literate but time is of the essence!

I stopped using Personal Accounts quite a few years ago and now use the excellent CashBook by Steve Fryatt. I do belive it can import some Personal account records, but I can’t remember the details. The software is free and supported.

This has to be a display issue in just that module, surely?

If it were a data issue, the stored final balance would not be the correct initial account balance to reconcile the next statement’s transactions with.

I have reinstalled Personal Accounts 4 from the original disc again and hope it will be all correct for this month’s account when I come to reconsile.
