Diagram of Boot sequence

Years ago I saw a diagram of the Boot-sequence. It had the size of A3 and it showed the complete order of booting the machine. Does anyone know where I can get that diagram? |

@Andrew Conroy: thank you very much, this is the one I remember. |

It seems brighter colours on screen than the poster on the wall of the alcove. I wonder if I’ve faded like the poster. |

The difference is, Steve, that when you go out you’ll catch some tan and if your poster goes out, it will fade until it has the colour of a snow storm on the North Pole. |

Out? You mean past the front door? Erk!! Well, truth be told, I will go out for some on-site working – at 23:00. Does that count? |

Erm, it’s worse than I thought. I hope your monitor emits some UV rays so you get some colour on your cheeks. Otherwise, maybe you could take a picture of the sun and hang it above your screen? 🌞 |

I don’t have any problem with the sun these days, was sitting outside reading El Reg earlier (instead of bug fixing, making dinner, etc). The problem with “past the front door” is that outside is where people are, and that’s a problem. |

Only if a polar bear is relieving itself upwind. |

Polar bear tanning creme? It needs a marketing genius to bring that to the masses. |
