KVM XHCI misery

Using a KVM with xchi USB is an unhappy experience.

I do not have a full KVM but do have a two way Ugreen USB switch which has always shown the problem. The Titanium totally stiffs but the RPi4 only aborts in the XHCIDriver but can continue.

There is some possible good news in this merge request

Both Titanium and Pi OS5.31 ROMs have built including this.

The Titanium still stiffs as resolutely as ever, but the RPi4 now does not abort and can be switched too and from cleanly.

That’s good news as my Pi 4 with 5.28 and a USB switch stiff regularly.
