New Theme config & WimpClickSubmenu

If WimpClickSubmenu is set ‘on’ then it’s not possible to select a theme in the new configuration manager.

Shouldn’t this be in bugs (if you’re not sure whether it’s repeatable or may be due to particulars of your system) or the bug tracker otherwise?
