Publisher on Pi

I do most of my work using Publisher 4.13. However, but having to give up my PC running VRPC I bought a Risc Os Pi. Having downloaded a trial version of Aemulor I have tried to download Publisher from my USB stick, but I get the message ‘!Run cannot be found.’ and the same for WordsWorks and so on. Publisher boots in VRPC from my USB stick.

I have put Aemulor in pre-desk boot and right clicking on the Aemulor icon shows that Impression Publisher is listed.

Can anyone help me with this problem.

I have the suspicion that your USB is DOS-formatted and the files are named in HostFS style. If you double-click on !Publisher while the shift key is hold down, what do you see? A file (among others) named “!Run” or something like “!Run,feb”?
