USB Library docs

I’ve added a direct CLibrary interface to the USBDriver module and have documented its associated library here USBManual.pdf from page 18.

If it compares to my usual attempts at explaining things it will probably be unintelligible but you’ve got to start somewhere :-).

I’d be interested in any comments, suggestions or ,as nemo put it quite eloquently, ‘blank stares’ welcome.

Typo time I think – I do them all the time which is why I copy paste into console sessions when configuring switches.
