ARM mini-computer ?

Thanks again Raik. I don’t suppose there’s a RISC OS RDP server that produces a workable remote RISC OS desktop on an Ubuntu machine is there? I haven’t been able to find one but if there was I’d see about loading Ubuntu on the eeepc. I’m not sure I could afford to buy a copy of Windows for it so I’m hoping a Linux variant might be the answer.

Failing that, I’d be perfectly happy to rip the guts out of the eeepc and install an RPi board, if only I knew how to connect the keyboard and screen (if that was possible?).

Using the following command on Ubuntu seems quite reliable connecting to a RISC OS vnc server running on a Pandaboard or RPi,

xtightvncviewer -bgr <host>

I get a blank screen if I don’t add the ‘-bgr’.

I use the vnc server module from here.

I have try and it works with 256 colours .
But it works slower then RDP with 16Mio colours in the other direction.
Is it possible to port xrdp as a RISC OS RDPServer?
