Fan/Heatsink for Pandaboard

I recently bought a Pandaboard ES. I put in my order to Mouser Electronics back in May and received the board a week ago. I plan on overclocking my ES and am looking for a heatsink and fan or perhaps a combo. I came across this combo however I am not sure it is the answer for me. Can anyone who has a Pandaboard or knows a bit about cooling please chime in and let me know what you think.

The Pandaboard processor is 12mm x 12mm.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The big heatsink for the Pi is perfect for the Omap4. I use this one :
