As I’m on ISEE’s mailing list, I got this a while ago and I thought it might interest some people here who probably aren’t on ISEE’s list. I think you have to become a (free) member to download the sample code they’re talking about, but it’s simple enough to register. (Aside: I’m not going to try and “bq.” this, as I’m sure it’ll go wrong!): ==================================================== We have received a lot of questions regarding “IGEPv2 Running IOQuake3”. A lot of IGEP users don’t know how to take advantage of IGEPv2 boards with OMAP3530 that has a built-in POWERVR SGX™ Graphics Accelerator. This is the reason what ISEE has developed a basic demo that uses the Graphics Accelerator from OMAP processor. POWERVR SGX™ subsystem for 3D graphics acceleration support display and gaming effects:
These demos show examples and applications that use Graphics Accelerator subsystem of OMAP3530 included in IGEPv2 boards. One of these included demos is the source code example of the famous ISEE IGEPv2 version of IOQuake3. ==================================================== |
