With #2625 and #2640 NetSurf, with javascript enabled, fails to load the Daily Mail’s home page, it goes into an endless “Fetching, Processing” loop. No such problem with javascript disabled. |

Vincent: I have retested CI 2641 as you asked and I couldn’t crash it – I’ve posted a fuller report against bug #2282. |

Interesting that the javascript in the error is “BrightcoveExperiences” my browsing errors in recent times have all revolved around Brightcove. |

I would prefer bug discussions and NetSurf discussions in general happen on our mailing lists so we have an archive. Having said that my release mail to the mailing list was replied to here and generated a large discussion (not to mention new interested developers) With this in mind I am linking to my latest plea on RISC OS bugs in the bugtracker hoping that more people see it and perhaps help out with some easy bug triage. Although I did not say it in my mail please do use the current CI built to test |
