Riscos pi SD card problems

Hi guys I have brought a Riscos pi SD card for my pi just plugged it in I get to desktop but when I click the SD card it says it’s empty so obviously no boot sequence load either so any help would be great!

I did have an odd issue a few days ago where my Pi booted up fine but then complained the SD card was empty when I clicked on the drive icon (actually I think it may have thrown up a disc error as well – can’t remember). After rebooting (and maybe re-inserting the card?) everything was fine. I guess you’ve tried that already?
